Livestock Medical Director
Dr. Parker
Dr. Parker and his wife, Emily, along with their two children, have served in Senegal since January 2025. The Lord captured Parker’s heart with a desire to know Him and to make disciples of Jesus while in undergraduate studies. As a married couple, they worked in campus ministry together for a year before Parker felt led by the Lord to pursue veterinary medicine at Iowa State University. In veterinary school, Parker was involved with the ISU Christian Veterinary Fellowship chapter and Parker and Emily completed several short-term trips through their campus ministry work and through a Christian Veterinary Mission apprenticeship in Africa. Throughout those years, God continued to show them His heart and plan for every people group to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After graduation, Parker worked as a mixed animal practitioner in Wisconsin. He has a passion for serving the local church as well as using veterinary medicine and animal health training as a doorway to proclaim the Gospel and meet tangible needs. In his free time, Parker loves spending time with his kids, drinking good coffee, being in nature, and cooking with Emily.
